Return & Refund Policy

MCVIS BALLOON PARTY will ensure that all products are in good condition when they are delivered. However, there may be occasions where the products are damaged in transit. Should such an event occur and the products are damaged to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact our customer care at mcvisballoonparty@gmail.com immediately.

Please note that you will need to email us a clear photo of the damaged products within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving them in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We will assess the condition of the products and, if we determine that the items are indeed damaged or faulty, we will either:

  • Arrange for replacement products to be delivered on our next available delivery date; or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered in good condition.

If a refund is issued, please be aware that banks may take up to ten (10) business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks may take longer or require processing until your next billing cycle. MCVIS BALLOON PARTY has no control over these timelines.
