Q: Are your balloons filled with helium?
A: Yes. All balloons under the “Inflated Balloons” section are helium-filled.
Delivery available across all areas in Penang.
Q: Can I customize the balloon colors?
A: Yes! Simply click into the customization page and leave your preferred color(s) in the comment box—we’ll handle the rest.
Q: How should I store the balloons?
A: Keep them indoors in an air-conditioned room (around 26°C). Avoid direct sunlight as it may cause the balloons to deflate faster.
Q: How long can the balloons float?
(Tested indoors in air-conditioned room at 20–22°C)

Q: Why do my balloons deflate faster than expected?
A: Temperature and humidity greatly affect helium durability. Malaysia’s hot, humid weather can shorten float time—especially outdoors. We strongly recommend keeping balloons indoors in a cool, shaded space.
Q: What is Hi-Float?
A: Hi-Float is a special coating applied inside latex balloons to extend float time up to 2× longer. It’s safe, non-toxic, and biodegradable. Only applicable for latex balloons.
Q: Is helium gas dangerous?
A: Very unlikely. We use high-quality, non-flammable, non-toxic helium. However, DO NOT inhale helium, as it displaces oxygen and can cause serious injury or death.
